One of the biggest research studies in the world found that regular follow up was one of the top 5 factors for losing weight and keeping it off. That's why weekly follow up is one of the key ingredients in the Health Kick 'Kick Start' program!
The ‘Kick Start’ program is our signature program and is a 16 week weight loss and wellbeing program which aims to educate and motivate you to lose weight and keep it off.
It has been designed by our dietitians based on the latest research to provide you with everything that you need to achieve permanent weight loss. The program includes regular consultations with a dietitian, weekly support to help you achieve your goals, 16 modules to teach you the fundamentals and your starter pack which will be invaluable for monitoring your progress.

- - Weekly body composition assessments with one of our Health Kick Nutritionists - to help you track your progress

- - Regular consultations with one of our university-trained Health Kick Accredited Practising Dietitians – to support you, assess your progress, ensure that your dietary intake is nutritionally complete and educate you on achieving sustainable weight loss (carried out at week’s 2, 4, 6, 9, 12 and 16)
